[ATTORNEY REVIEW] This is a proprietary single-user license. The software is licensed, not sold. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the files. The license is non-transferable.

1. Grant of License

[ATTORNEY REVIEW] Upon payment, WithMnemo grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Mnemo software on devices you own or control, for your own personal or internal business use. One license per individual user. You may modify the software for your own use and incorporate it into your own private workflows. The full license text ships with the software (LICENSE.txt) and is the governing document.

2. Restrictions

[ATTORNEY REVIEW] You may not: (a) redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, or otherwise make the software or derivative works available to any third party; (b) offer the software as a hosted or managed service; (c) remove license or copyright notices; (d) use the software for any unlawful purpose.

3. Refund Policy

[ATTORNEY REVIEW] Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, all sales are final. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. No Warranty

[ATTORNEY REVIEW] The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

[ATTORNEY REVIEW] In no event shall Mnemo or its author be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the software.

6. Governing Law

[ATTORNEY REVIEW] These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
