[ATTORNEY REVIEW] Mnemo is a local-first product. Your memory database and research outputs never leave your machine and never touch our servers.

1. Information We Collect

[ATTORNEY REVIEW] We collect only the minimum required to deliver the product:

• Email address — when you submit an order request or join the Memory Concierge waitlist; used only to reply to you
• Payment information — checkout is handled by Polar.sh as merchant of record; we never see or store card details
• Transaction records — purchase amount, date, and product tier for accounting and refund processing

2. Local-First Architecture

[ATTORNEY REVIEW] The Mnemo memory engine, ChromaDB instance, and all research jobs run entirely on your hardware. We have no access to your memory data, research sources, or generated briefs. There is no telemetry or phone-home mechanism in the distributed files.

3. Third-Party Processors

[ATTORNEY REVIEW] We use the following processors:

• Polar.sh — checkout, payment, and file delivery as merchant of record (see Polar's privacy policy)
• Resend — delivers the email when you submit an order request or waitlist signup (see Resend's privacy policy)
• Cloudflare Pages — static site hosting and the form-handling function (see Cloudflare's privacy policy)

These processors receive only the data necessary to perform their function. We do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

[ATTORNEY REVIEW] We retain transaction records for the period required by tax and accounting law (typically 7 years). Waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe or the waitlist is discontinued.

5. Your Rights

[ATTORNEY REVIEW] You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
