Mnemo

The fine print · part two

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Mnemo is a local-first product. Your memory database and research outputs never leave your machine and never touch our servers.

1. Information We Collect

None. Mnemo is no longer for sale, and this site has no accounts, no order forms, and no trackers. The interactive demos store their data in your browser’s localStorage only — it never leaves your device, and the “forget me” control wipes it.

For past purchases (while the product was on sale): checkout was handled by Polar.sh as merchant of record — we never saw or stored card details. Transaction records from that period are retained as described in section 4.

2. Local-First Architecture

The Mnemo memory engine, ChromaDB instance, and all research jobs run entirely on your hardware. We have no access to your memory data, research sources, or generated briefs. There is no telemetry or phone-home mechanism in the distributed files.

3. Third-Party Processors

Vercel hosts this site (see Vercel’s privacy policy). No other processor touches visitor data — there is no checkout, no form handling, and no email capture. We do not sell or share information for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

Transaction records from the period the product was on sale are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law (typically 7 years). Nothing new is collected.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@withmnemo.com. We will respond within 30 days.
